'We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.'
If you need help from the foodbank the quickest way to reach them is by telephone 07955 626621. They will then direct you to the most appropriate agency to give you a foodbank voucher.

June 2020
Due to Coronavirus the number of people unemployed has increased & is likely to continue to increase. As a result, the Food Bank is experiencing significantly greater demand than normal. Please continue to donate, bearing in mind these difficult circumstances, as you are able. All types of tinned & packeted food normally given out in a Food Parcel are needed. To make food giving easier it's now possible, as well as giving via collection points in Budgens in Mortimer & Tesco in Burghfield to arrange collection from your doorstep. To arrange a collection appointment please ring 07955 626621.
